Legal agreement for data providers and partners

This Data Provider Agreement governs the relationship between third-party data providers and YieldMaximizer for the provision of audience data, targeting segments, and related data services.
This Data Provider Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between YieldMaximizer, Inc. ("YieldMaximizer," "we," "us," or "our") and the data provider entity ("Data Provider," "you," or "your") providing data services for use in our advertising platform.

Data Provider retains ownership of its proprietary data, algorithms, and methodologies. Data Provider grants YieldMaximizer a limited license to use the data for advertising platform purposes.
YieldMaximizer retains all rights to its platform technology, algorithms, and any derivative works or insights created from the combined use of multiple data sources.
